With more and more people accessing the Internet via mobile devices, smartphones and tablets have become integrated into the job recruiting process, as well, and Facebook social recruiting solution Work4 Labs examined just how strong that integration is becoming.
According to Work4 Labs, companies that use its social recruiting solution reported that:
- 33 percent of job views come from mobile devices.
- 12 percent of job views come from ads seen on mobile devices.
- 23 percent of apply clicks come via mobile devices.
- 42 percent of jobs shared on social networks are viewed via mobile.
