Kenshoo’s findings on Facebook were:

Retailers devoted 30 percent of their social media marketing budgets to Facebook.

87 percent of clothing and apparel orders from social media sites came via Facebook.

Kenshoo recommended retargeting via Facebook Exchange, saying that retargeted customers are 70 percent more likely to complete sales than non-retargeted customers.
