A new version of iBooks showed up in iTunes tonight. iBooks v1.2.1 has a number of minor stability and performance improvements, but other than that I don’t think it has any new features. All the features listed as new in iTunes actually came out in December.

Perhaps they’ll update the listing later this evening.
