Facebook quietly rolled out a revamp of its help center, with a robust drop-down menu and access to help pages without users having to leave the page they started from.

Facebook quietly rolled out a revamp of its help center, with a robust drop-down menu and access to help pages without users having to leave the page they started from.

Rather than being taken to the help center after clicking help in the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, Facebook users now see a drop-down menu that says, “Hi (User Name), what do you need help with?” A handful of options are then displayed, based on whether the user is accessing the menu from a profile or a page.
