The selection of travel and nightlife apps is growing fast on iOS, and consumers are flocking to these new options, which allow them to complete as many tasks as possible, all in the palm of their hand. One such app is PartyPetition, which helps travelers to Las Vegas reserve guaranteed table service without the hassle of comparing prices and doing the work themselves.
With PartyPetition, users can file a bid for a table, including number of guests and desired bottles, and can set their maximum budget for that offering, including tax and gratuity. The app’s supported clubs then submit their own bid prices for that particular reservation, in a similar manner to Priceline (for hotels), but for clubs.
The app supports multiple locations around Las Vegas, including Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub, Tao Las Vegas and Pure Nightclub, and also offers an event guide for users to keep track of DJ and entertainment schedules around Las Vegas.
Since the app’s launch in December 2013, the platform has been updated with a “chip-in” feature, allowing app users to get paid back by their guests for their portion of the festivities. This “payback” can occur within the app at any time, even weeks after a reservation has been fulfilled, at no extra cost.
In addition, the app has been updated with phone number support for easy communication with a venue the day of the event, and the ability to ask for “table credits” when reserving a spot. In these cases, users can purchase credits for their group, instead of choosing specific bottles before the event.
PartyPetition is available to download for free on iOS, and has plans to expand outside of Las Vegas in the future. Check back soon to follow the app on AppData, our tracking platform for mobile and social apps and developers.
