Puzzle & Dragons publisher GungHo Online Entertainment has announced the launch of Dokuro on iOS and Android. Originally released on PlayStation Vita in 2012, the side-scrolling platformer and puzzle game sees players taking on the role of a skeleton who turns against his Dark Lord to rescue a princess.

Developed by Game Arts, Dokuro offers virtual joysticks for movement and character actions like jumping, and sees the skeleton utilizing alternate “Hero Forms,” each with their own abilities and traits.

Players must navigate around obstacles and traps to lead the princess to the flower at the end of each stage, and must combine the abilities of these Hero Forms and the original skeleton to complete the game. Adding another element to gameplay, players are given the ability to draw lines of chalk on the screen to create paths over pits or around certain obstacles.
