Google Should Stop Talking About Android Fragmentation

Whenever I read a company spokesperson make statements suggesting that users and writers don’t “get it” (my words) Â I tend to be skeptical about the remarks. Normally it is a sign that the company is not listening to its users. Regardless of whether the problem exists, the users’ problems are real to them and rather than talking the users down they ought to simply say how they will fix the matter.

In a post on the Android Developers Blog, Dan Morrill of Google says that “because fragmentation means everything, it means nothing.”
