Google Maps for iOS downloaded more than 10M times in two days
Google Maps has already reached the 10 million download mark in just 48 hours since it launched last Wednesday, according to a Google+ post from Jeff Huber, senior vice president, commerce and local at Google.
Although it took more than 13 weeks for the app to release, the high amount of downloads in such a short amount of time shows how eager iOS users were to using an alternative to the well criticized Apple Maps app.
