Google Improves Car Home

Google has released an update to the Car Home app with features that are available in Custom Car Home. The app, which is available for the Nexus One and Motorola Droid, is a menu optimized for display in a car dock and has large square buttons to launch apps.

The new version now allows users to add their own menu options to launch whichever app they desire. You can also select a picture as a wallpaper to display in the background of the app.
