GDC roundup: Godsrule, Unity and PerBlue

Godsrule close to launching on iOS — We got to see a demo of Sega and Gogogic’s social strategy game Godsrule: War of Mortals on iOS today. The game was running on an iOS app (as opposed to being played on the web like the desktop version), but provided a synchronous cross-platform experience with the game’s web build. Not only can players play with others regardless of the platforms they’re on, but they can carry the game over for a synchronous play experience between web and iOS.
