Hit HBO series “Game of Thrones” is coming to Facebook in game form, as HBO Global Licensing granted a license to game developer Disruptor Beam for Game of Thrones Ascent.
Disruptor Beam offered few details about the game, only saying it is currently being developed for future release on the social network, and suggesting that fans keep checking its website for updates. The developer did share the basic plot line:
In Game of Thrones Ascent, players will lead the life of a noble during the time of upheaval, as portrayed in the books and the series, thus experiencing a new type of game that unites both story and strategy.
