FxGuru App Lets You Add Special Effects to Phone Videos
It’s summer blockbuster season and thanks to the FxGuru app, you can turn your phone videos into blockbusters.
The app lets you superimpose big budget film special effects like explosions, piano drops and UFOs into your basic smartphone videos. The company recently added a bunch of new effects including a T-Rex effect which lets you add a wild dinosaur to your videos. Check out the trailer. As you can see from the video, the app uses a technology called MotionMatch which lets you pan the camera up while shooting so that you can capture the full size of the dinosaur.
