Just 5% Of French Internet Users Like To Receive Marketing Messages Via Social Media [STUDY]

How do you like your marketing messages in the morning?

Well, if you’re an internet user in France, chances are it’s via email, certainly as opposed to Twitter and Facebook.

A study by Bisnode has revealed that 46 percent of French internet users chose email as their preferred method for receiving marketing materials, ahead of the company website (32 percent) and printed materials (10 percent).

Just 5 percent chose social networks. Mobile apps, SMS fared worse, with the good, old-fashioned telephone finishing dead last.
