Starting today, even non-astronauts can unlock the Curiosity Explorer badge when they like NASA on Foursquare.
The social media wizards at NASA have been using check-in service Foursquare as part of their campaign to inform the public about the Curiosity Rover’s expedition to Mars.
(Needless to say, they’re already the mayors of that planet.)
The badge shows the adorable space bot standing on the red planet with bright stars in the background.
Check into enough planetariums, science museums, or NASA visitor centers, and it’s all yours.
