How do you say, “check in,” in Bahasa Indonesian, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Thai? foursquare users can now answer that question, as the location-based mobile app announced support for those five languages.

Support for French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese was added to foursquare in February.

Languages can be selected by updating to the latest version of the app for the iPhone, Android, or BlackBerry platforms, after which foursquare will automatically assume the device’s default language.

Twitter has been aggressive about adding support for languages, as well, and the microblogging service now supports 13 languages.
