Financial Times Launches Paid Pensions Site SchemeXpert.com
Financial Times launched SchemeXpert.com, a paid news and analysis site covering pensions, which will offer one free article per month to nonregistered users, five to free registered users, and full access to paid subscribers, paidContent:UK reported.
The paid spinoff sites are “designed to reduce the FT‘s reliance on more cyclical advertising,” a spokesperson told paidContent:UK.
SchemeXpert.com joins Far East business-intelligence site China Confidential, China Confidential Funds (set to launch this month), global money-management site Money Media, European pension-funds site MandateWire, investment-banking site Medley Global Advisors, and finance-news spinoff FT Tilt, which will debut later this year, according to paidContent:UK.
