FastPencil Releases Digital Cookbook About Strawberries
Spring is almost here and there is nothing like fresh strawberries as the weather gets warm. While it seems like a bit much to have a whole book dedicated to one fruit, as a strawberry lover, I’ve got a soft spot for this one.
The California Strawberry Commission has a new cookbook called Strawberry Recipes for Everyday focused entirely on the fruit. Fast Pencil published both the print and eBook editions. The dishes sound pretty good: Strawberry and Goat Cheese Pizza, Macadamia-Crusted Halibut with Grilled Strawberry and Mint Relish and Strawberry Shortcake Sliders.
