Facebook Weekly Highlights Brings You ‘Star Wars’ Day, Cinco De Mayo, National Nurses Week

Facebook said its top 10 topics for the week in terms of buzz rankings (Sunday through Wednesday) were:

  1. Cinco de Mayo
  2. National Nurses Week
  3. Anticipation for Mother’s Day
  4. Cuban exiles arrested in Havana for alleged terrorist plot
  5. Teacher Appreciation Day
  6. The season premiere of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta”
  7. Star Wars Day
  8. The boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Marcos Maidana
  9. Oklahoma City Thunder Forward Kevin Durant wins the National Basketball Association’s Most Valuable Player award and thanks his mother during his acceptance speech
  10. Tyga and Lil Durk rap battle over the “ChiRaq” track

Other athletes and celebrities to make the cut this week were:
