Facebook stock activity roundup: CTO, CFO, CAO offload shares
Shortly before the 4th of July holiday, three prominent Facebook executives sold some company stock.
Michael Schroepfer, Facebook’s Chief Technology Officer, sold 45,000 shares for $1,117,152. He also converted 21,314 shares of Class B stock into Class A, in order to make them easier to sell in the future. Schroepfer now owns 1,092,723 shares of Facebook stock.
Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold 23,400 shares, netting $572,364. His investment in Facebook now sits at 2,268,088 shares.
Jas Athwal, Facebook’s Chief Accounting Officers, offloaded just 125 shares, gaining $3,027.50.
