Shortly before the 4th of July holiday, three prominent Facebook executives sold some company stock.
Michael Schroepfer, Facebook’s Chief Technology Officer, sold 45,000 shares for $1,117,152. He also converted 21,314 shares of Class B stock into Class A, in order to make them easier to sell in the future. Schroepfer now owns 1,092,723 shares of Facebook stock.
Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman sold 23,400 shares, netting $572,364. His investment in Facebook now sits at 2,268,088 shares.
Jas Athwal, Facebook’s Chief Accounting Officers, offloaded just 125 shares, gaining $3,027.50. He also converted 1,594 shares of Class B stock to Class A. Athwal now owns 176,121 shares.
Ted Ullyot, who recently departed his post as General Counsel, converted 25,755 Class B shares to Class A. He owns 481,797 shares of Facebook stock now.
