Right now the feature is nothing more than a teaser that shows up at the top right of the site when a user logs in. So far the users who have reported this feature to us are those who logged into Facebook while out of town.
For many users, Facebook’s contact list is one of the most important features, but throughout the past Facebook design iterations the contact list has somehow become completely neglected.
