CHICAGO McDonald’s highlights successful individuals who got their first jobs at the fast-food chain in a new television commercial from Publicis Groupe’s Leo Burnett.

The Chicago agency’s spot, called “My First,” features an airline pilot, a firefighter and celebrities such as Macy Gray and Carl Lewis talking about their first jobs at McDonald’s. “It was my first time in charge,” says the pilot. “It was my first time under pressure,” recalls the firefighter. “It was my first big break,” says Gray.
