Facebook Expands Promoted Posts Option To 'Everyone'
Facebook has been tweaking the options within promoted posts for pages, but social media expert Jon Loomer noticed recently that page administrators can now promote posts to everyone on the social network.
Facebook has been tweaking the options within promoted posts for pages, but social media expert Jon Loomer noticed recently that page administrators can now promote posts to everyone on the social network.
Loomer posted to his Facebook page that targeting options now include “Everyone on Facebook,” in addition to those who like the page and their friends. It’s curious why Facebook introduced this option at a time when most page admins are trying to target messages to certain groups, but it would help advertisers reach people outside of their immediate influence.
