Facebook Chief Technology, Accounting, Financial, Operating Officers Offload Stock
A few high-profile executives sold some of their Facebook stock Thursday. Securities and Exchange Commission filings show that Facebook Chief Technology Officer Michael Schroepfer, Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal, Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg all cashed in some Facebook stock.
A few high-profile executives sold some of their Facebook stock Thursday. Securities and Exchange Commission filings show that Facebook Chief Technology Officer Michael Schroepfer, Chief Accounting Officer Jas Athwal, Chief Financial Officer David Ebersman, and Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg all cashed in some Facebook stock.
Schroepfer, recently named the company’s CTO, sold 45,000 shares, gaining $1.16 million. He still has 1,176,126 shares remaining.
Athwal sold just 125 shares, gaining $3,205 from the transaction. 173,683 shares are currently in his possession.
Ebersman offloaded 23,400 shares, which netted him a cool $589,797.
