EveryBlock Adds SeeClickFix Content to Its Site
Local news provider EveryBlock is adding one more set of data to its already burgeoning local news feeds: Entries from SeeClickFix, a New Haven, CT-based site which enables residents to report non-emergency issues, like broken sidewalks and bad signage.
The partnership will fold SeeClickFix reports and issue-reporting tools into msnbc.com-owned EveryBlock, which currently aggregates local information for 16 municipalities across the country. The SeeClickFix data will appear in EveryBlock results when users search by Zip code, alongside results for calls to 911, business reviews, real estate listings, and user photos.
