DisplayNote to Launch Collaboration App in June

DisplayNote, a Belfast based startup, is going to be releasing a new tool next month which will let students and teachers present, share, and collaborate both in the classroom and on the web.

The app is intended to work alongside existing apps, which means users can capture all of the presenter’s content like PowerPoints, Excel files, Web content and video, and then add their own notes on top. In collaboration mode, the annotations that students add on their own devices can be displayed on the teacher’s iPad or on a digital whiteboard as well as viewed by fellow students on their own devices.
