DC Comics iPad App Debuts Strong on Free App List
The DC Comics iPad app had a banner first day, rocketing up the App Store charts. Yesterday we started tracking App Store ratings, where the iBooks app is the most popular free iPad app–topping both Netflix and Google Earth.
Nevertheless, as of this 4:00 pm EST writing, the DC Comics app is ranked #11 out of all free iPad apps. Amazon Kindle for the iPad is ranked #13 among free apps, and the Borders eBooks app is ranked #18.
