For the second week in a row, NaturalMotion’s new game CSR Racing takes the No. 1 spot on the top grossing iPhone and iPad charts. The game, which was originally previewed at WWDC, is free-to-play, and monetizes through in-app purchases. NaturalMotion recently raised $11 million in Series B funding to expand its mobile development capacity.
Moving slightly down the top grossing iPhone charts, DeNA’s Rage of Bahamut finishes in the No. 3 spot this week. The app has not dipped below No. 8 on the iPhone top grossing charts in the last month.
Finally Zynga Slots appears to off to a good start, taking the No. 23 position on the top grossing iPhone app chart this week. The app has been performing well, but placed below Playtika’s Slotomania, which takes the No. 6 spot and Fishstick’s Slots Journey, which lands in the No. 17 spot this week.
