CoTap, a Corporate Mobile Messaging App, Raises $5.5M Series A

 

Two former Yammer executives have raised $5.5 million to build CoTap, a mobile messaging app for the workplace, according to TechCrunch.

Still operating in stealth mode, Yammer’s ex-chief product officer Jim Patterson and ex-senior director of engineering Zack Parker are working on the enterprise solution to newer mobile messaging apps, such as Line and WhatsApp.
