What’s your biggest complaint about YouTube? Is it the Reply Girls? The trolls? How about the fact that the views freeze at 301? In ‘YouTube Complaints!,’ which hit the Barely Political YouTube channel on Saturday, the video site finally responds to some of the most ridiculous complaints and questions about YouTube.
A whole slew of big-name YouTubers, including Jenna Marbles, Vsauce, The Gregory Brothers and more, collaborated on the video, which was aired during the YouTube Keynote presentation at VidCon last week. They bust into the YouTube office and barrage the YouTube receptionist, played by Laura McDonald, with a hilarious stream of complaints.
Check out the video below and let us know if your complaint is covered!
I should add that if YouTube really had a complaint desk like this I’m sure the line would head out the door, wrap around the block and continue for many, many miles. Maybe this is why they make it so hard for users to get in touch with a real person at YouTube in real life.
What do you think about YouTube’s customer service (or lack thereof)? We’d love to hear your thoughts (and YouTube complaints) in the comments below.
