TechCrunch reported that Preferred Ventures invested a “high-six-figure” seed round into GoDigital, with Ojdana becoming the company’s chairman, and Kelly joining its board of directors.

GoDigital said on its website that it has a library of more than 1,000 catalog films, and it has distribution deals with Lionsgate Home Entertainment, iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, Playstation, Vudu, Dish Network, and TVN

Ojdana told TechCrunch:

We want to bring in some assets on the marketing side and make a difference on how independent films are monetized.
