Chinese Writers Suing Apple For $1.88M

Nine well-known Chinese writers have filed a lawsuit in a Chinese court case against Apple for allegedly selling illegal downloads of their work in the App Store.

The People’s Daily reports about the case: “The writers’ alliance has urged Apple to follow Chinese laws to provide copyright certification of books being sold at the App Store, but the company has refused to do so, claimed Bei.”
