Cats Review DogTV, the First Television Network for Dogs [Video]

This week, on August 1, DirecTV will release DogTV: television's first cable channel devoted exclusively to dogs. But what are the house cats going to do while all of this is happening? We asked our cats to watch a preview of the channel on YouTube. And, for the sake of comparison, we also asked our dogs to watch it. Here's what they "said."

This week, on August 1,  DirecTV will release DogTV: television’s first cable channel devoted exclusively to dogs. Not to people who love dogs, mind you, but to actual dogs who are sitting at home alone while their owners are at work. A team of veterinarians and other dogs experts spent four years developing and testing the type of programming that would capture dogs’ attention and keep them relaxed and entertained throughout the day. This includes images of dogs running in fields, dogs sniffing other dogs, and the sounds of chirping birds and gurgling streams.
