Despite the growth of social recruiting on Facebook, Bullhorn Reach maintains that LinkedIn still dominates the field, and that Facebook still trails Twitter, as well.

The customer-relationship-management and social-recruiting software and service provider found in a study that only 22 percent of recruiters used Facebook to seek candidates in 2012, compared with 97 percent for LinkedIn and 27 percent for Twitter.
