Brand Networks today announced that it has been awarded the Insights badge as part of the Facebook Preferred Marketing Developers program. The announcement coincides with the company’s debut of bn.insights, a dashboard for marketers to monitor and understand their page, apps and ad analytics.
Brand Networks is one of only two companies accredited in all four PMD badges: Ads, Apps, Insights and Pages. Adobe was previously the only company with this status, gaining badges through its acquisition of ads provider Efficient Frontier last year, not long after Efficient Frontier had bought the page management platform Context Optional.
Brand Networks, a bootstrapped company started by CEO Jamie Tedford in 2006, is one of 12 Strategic PMDs. Its platform offers bn.publish for page management, bn.amplify for ad campaigns, bn.apps for customizable promotions, and now bn.insights to track key metrics related to any component of their Facebook marketing, paid, earned and owned.
There are a number of components of the dashboard, but the Summary section gives page owners a clear overview of their page and the Actions section helps identify how to improve.
In addition to its software platform, Brand Networks offers services, such as ROI modeling and other data analysis or strategy. The company has more than 100 employees, split between Boston, Rochester, New York City, Los Angeles and Toronto.
