Black Friday for Android: Reduce Your Bargain Hunting Time

dealnews.com’s free Android app has a short useful lifespan. However, those of you in the U.S. looking for bargains the day after Thanksgiving may find it useful. The app provides a countdown to Black Friday and a list of retailers underneath the countdown. Retailers whose Black Friday ads are not available leaked yet are grayed out. An “Ads Due” date is provided for each of these thus far ad-less retailers.

Tapping on an specific item for a store’s ad provides an image (if available), the option to view an online ad, an option to save an item to your personal shopping list (on a tab named “My List”) and the option to share the information via Facebook, Twitter or email.
