Apple TV Adds Bloomberg, ABC and More
Apple’s streaming device, Apple TV, added a handful of new partners this week. The new apps include, notably, Watch ABC and Bloomberg TV, as well as Crackle, which provides movies and TV shows, and KORTV, a Korean station offering free and premium paid content.
Apple TV users need to authenticate their cable subscription for some of its apps, but the 24-hour Bloomberg TV network will be free. The folks at 9to5Mac spoke with the head of mobile at Bloomberg, Oke Okaro, who said the app will eventually offer push notifications, playlists and a single sign-on option.
