Apple Opens Mac App Store

Apple’s Mac App Store is now open for business. Like the App Store on the iPhone or the iPad, the Mac App Store for desktop computers includes thousands of Apps which can be browsed by category such as games, music, books, etc.

The App Store can be installed on any Mac computer running OS X Snow Leopard and can be installed as a software update.

The App Store was first announced back in October.
