AOL Names New Content Chief in U.K.
AOL named a new editor in chief for its content sites in the United Kingdom, tapping Marie Claire online editor Carla Bevan, paidContent:UK reported.
Bevan will report to AOL director of media Julian Downing and oversee lifestyle sites including Eleven, ParentDish, StyleList, Asylum, Spinner, and Travel, according to paidContent:UK.
She had been with Marie Claire for three years, and previously worked with Condé Nast Publications’ glamour.com, The Oldie, Metro, Food Illustrated, Daily Candy and More! Magazine, paidContent:UK reported.
