Former Facebook Exchange Product Director Antonio Garcia-Martinez Joins Nanigans As Advisor

Former Facebook Exchange Product Director Antonio Garcia-Martinez, who left the social network in April, was appointed as an advisor to Facebook ad platform Nanigans.

Former Facebook Exchange Product Director Antonio Garcia-Martinez, who left the social network in April, was appointed as an advisor to Facebook ad platform Nanigans.

Garcia-Martinez led real-time bidding exchange FBX from its inception through to his departure from the company. Prior to Facebook, he was the founder and CEO of search marketing technology company AdGrok, which was acquired by Twitter in 2011.

Ric Calvillo, co-founder and CEO of the Facebook Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer, said in a release:

Antonio will be materially involved in the growth and evolution of our SaaS (software as a service) platform — especially with regard to our social and real-time bidding strategies.
