Android Users Can Start Digging

Digg digs mobile apps: After releasing its iPhone app in late March, the social sharing service rolled out its official Digg Android app Monday.

Like the iPhone app, the Android app is available free-of-charge, and it allows users to browse and Digg stories and comments, as well as supporting landscape mode for browsing story titles and pages.

Brian Wong from Digg’s business-development team posted on the Digg Blog:

The Digg Android app has been designed for an ideal mobile Digg browsing experience on an Android phone.
