Android Tablets Soon To Be Powered By Quad Core Processors
Nvidia has announced that Android tablets will be equipped with quad-core processors before the years end. According to Jen-Hsun Huang, president and CEO of Nvidia, the high-end computing tablets featuring quad-core processors will hit the shelves before Christmas this year.
There is still no news regarding the availability of quad-core smartphones. Huang told The Wall Street Journal:
We’re trying to get there as fast as possible. Some of it is related to getting the industrial design as wonderful as possible, and some of it’s related to tuning and performance.
