At 10:26 coordinated universal time today, 92 percent of the country’s networks went dark.
The only remaining functional networks belong to a different telecommunications provider than the rest, which belong to Syrian Telecommunications Establishment. Those that are still working “use Syrian-registered IP space, but the originator of the routes is actually Tata Communications,” according to Renesys.
