First there was Black Friday for big retailers, and then Cyber Monday for online merchants. Now, small businesses are getting their own boost with Small Business Saturday, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. And to help push the new date, American Express is giving away money to left and right.

The first 10,000 small business owners to sign up to participate will get $100 worth of free Facebook advertising, and the first 100,000 Amex cardholders who pledge to use their credit cards on Nov.
