Amazon To Tailor Kindle Apps For Tablets

Amazon is gearing up for all of the new tablet computers slated to launch this year, by announcing today that they will tailor Kindle apps specifically for Android and Windows based tablets.

Amazon has already created versions of the Kindle app specifically tailored for the iPad, but this will extend the experience to these other tablets.

This is already gearing up to be a busy year for tablet makers. At CES this week, HP is expected to show off a new tablet and Microsoft is expected to launch a new tablet software.
