Amazon Instant Video Comes to the iPad
It’s only been a day since Amazon upgraded its Cloud Music Player, and it looks like Amazon is continuing to ratchet up the pressure on Apple. Amazon has just released an instant video for the iPad. There’s no iPhone version just yet, but the app is likely to please iPad owners.
The app offers access to a catalog of over 120,000 videos, but those are the ones you can rent or buy. Streaming is still more limited, with only 18,000 video titles available for instant streaming, including a wide selection of current and recent TV shows and movies.
