Internet commerce giant Amazon integrated its Friends & Family Gifting feature with Facebook last December, and it added a new twist Tuesday in the ability to create and send group gift cards to Facebook friends.
The new feature allows users who have linked their Facebook and Amazon accounts to select Facebook friends with upcoming birthdays and privately invite other Facebook fans to contribute anywhere from $1 to $25 toward gift cards that will be delivered to recipients’ walls on their birthdays, along with personalized messages, Mashable reported.
