App maker Loud Crow Interactive has released a storybook app edition of Charles Schultz‘s classic Christmas story, A Charlie Brown Christmas. The app brings to life the classic 1965 cartoon in a modern way.
Like a DVD, the app starts with a menu and readers can swipe tabs to turn the page and enter the storybook. The pages include animated features like dancing kids and snow falling on what would otherwise look like a fixed page.
