2010 was a year of struggles from financial crises to unemployment, achievements from the first face transplant and advancements in synthetic biology. We cried from floods, earthquakes and oil spills, laughed at ridiculous political campaigns, were inspired by double rainbows and cheered on our teams to the sound of the Vuvuzela at the World Cup in South Africa. Last night Google released their video Zeitgeist 2010, bringing the year’s most popular Google searches to life and setting the year to music.
