Twitter Recruits Apple Executive for Chief PR Role

So, Twitter takes a bite at the ... ah, never mind.

Just when you thought the little blue bird was down, it flaps its wings to soar one more time. This go-round, it is snatching up Natalie Kerris, a 14-year Apple veteran, to become the new Twitter vp of global communications.

Under Kerris’ tenure with Apple, she helped launch acclaimed products, like the iPod and the Apple Watch. As the revolving of cherished communications roles continues, Kerris will replace Gabriel Stricker, who left Twitter July and is now at Google.

According to Re/Code, Kerris will report to Twitter General Counsel Vijaya Gadde, who has been running communications since Stricker’s depature.
