TRUMPED: In 5 Years, Donald Has Given Nothing to Charity
To use a term Trump will appreciate, "NADA!"
Maybe this is the reason GOP front-runner and pool of day-old marmalade Donald Trump didn’t want to release his financial records for the masses to enjoy. There’s a little something in there he may not want to reveal.
It’s an issue of public record that Donald Trump has told anyone who will listen that he gave more than $100 million to charity in the past five years.
To wit, Trump’s campaign compiled a list of his contributions— 4,844 of them, filling 93 pages.
While that may seem impressive and a great talking point for anyone in the GOP looking for proof for a brokered convention, the Washington Post shared one small issue — not a single one of those donations were taken from Trump’s personal coffers.
